《艺路生花》第一季开花季共10期，将有50位顶尖艺术创作人登上舞台，通过主持人采访、短片深度展示、现场评委打分等形式全方位展现创作人的作品和人格魅力。让艺术走进生活，让生活走近艺术。。邀请张天爱、乔杉、凌潇肃、王菊参与“好身材计划”，改正各自的不良生活习惯，达到好身材的目标。镜头分别单线记录每位嘉宾的生活状态，饮食习惯和运动习惯等。四位嘉宾将在棚内对各自的生活状态进行自我观察并讨论，传递“想要拥有好身材，先要拥有好生活”的健康理念。。Hannah Fry, a professor of maths, is used to investigating the world around her through numbers.
