康熙年间，安徽所辖河安境内因水患成灾，清庭放二十万两官银用于修堤，却被贪官私分，朝廷派出钦差大臣陈信前去察访。经过一番周折最终将贪官绳之以法。。杀手骷髅13被雇佣杀死一个女人“蜂后”，她隶属一个中美洲小国的游击队组织，因为她是该部队的领导者，而且追随者对她象工蜂对蜂后一样忠诚，所以称作“女王蜂”。当然“蜂后”惊人的美貌也使每个看见她的男人心甘情愿供她差遣…… 然而骷髅13在暗杀“女王蜂”却陷入险境，同时也发现一个巨大的阴谋潜藏着……。In 1966 the Spanish Army built a huge cemetery with over 5000 graves at Mirandilla Valley in Burgos for the final sequence in the film "The Good the Bad and the Ugly". After the shooting, the whole place was left behind and for 49 years, nature covered every tomb.
