Atsumi Kiyosh passed away at the age of 68 in the year following the film's release, making this film his last.。田麗君為姐姐的死, 前往一小鎮找淩世豪決鬥洩憤, 卻聽到淩世豪已被刁大娘手下鄧石平所殺. 後來, 田麗君在王霜霜身上找到線索, 淩世豪並沒有死, 他三年來一直努力練功, 要找刁大娘報仇. 淩世豪與王霜霜擺脫田麗君的糾纏, 到達小鎮, 殺死了仇人鄧石平, 卻不敵刁大娘手下眾人, 雙雙被擒, 並身受重傷, 落入刁大娘手中. 田麗君得到消息, 深入虎穴救出淩世豪, 並放到一間破廟, 欲後再救出王霜霜, 卻發現不見了淩世豪. 原來之前淩世豪救過一位道士, 道士感謝他救命之恩, 把先天太極拳法傳授給他. 田麗君答應王霜霜先與淩世豪一起去找刁大娘報仇, 再解決他們之間的恩怨. 淩世豪用先天太極拳法, 與田麗一起, 報了三年之仇, 但田麗君仍逼淩世豪決鬥, 最後王霜霜乃時趕到, 田麗君收回要了結淩世豪生命的施風腿絕招, 黯然離去......。
