清末，八国联军强压中国。紧挨京城的天津卫乃武家之地，八国联军不敢贸然踏入。在天津卫五年一次的武术会长选拔中霍元甲因救赵师傅一命，自己输掉比赛，赵师傅赢得不体面，与霍元甲产生过节。日本为入侵天津卫，日本第一高手武田龟三郎在天津卫开设红花武馆，一连打伤多家武馆师傅，在日本人设计的圈套下，霍元甲最终与武田龟三郎展开一场生死决斗……。Helvi, an adventurous pixie, won’t let anything stand in the way of exploring the human world. In so doing, she meets unknown pixies who seem really cool. To her family’s annoyance, she even joins the new pixies. When Inspector Lanski gets on their trail and is in danger of proving the pixies’ existence once and for all, they have to think of a plan.
