这一季，米琪（蕾切尔·布罗斯纳罕 Rachel Brosnahan 饰）在经纪人苏西（艾利克斯·布诺斯汀 Alex Borstein 饰）的帮助下继续着她的脱口秀梦想。而一直以来矜矜业业扮演着家庭主妇角色的米琪的母亲罗斯（玛琳·辛科 Marin Hinkle 饰），却突然觉醒了女权意识。她抛弃了总是无视自己的丈夫艾博（托尼·夏尔赫布 Tony Shalhoub 饰），前往巴黎完成自己的艺术梦想。 在离开了米琪后，乔尔（迈克尔·泽根 Michael Zegen 饰）回到了父母所经营的工厂干活，却发现那里的账目亏空管理混乱，与此同时，他和米琪的心中都还有着对彼此的留恋。米琪在度假期间结识了一名外科医生（扎克瑞·莱维 Zachary Levi 饰），两人之间似乎有着碰撞出火花的趋势。。Malvís (Alfredo Landa) is sick of working like crazy for nothing.
