忠厚老实的老奎和儿子在改革的浪潮中下海了，开店不成，不甘心失败的老奎拿出积蓄买来一辆四十年代的“老爷车”开出租，但好不容易买回的车子竟然不能办理营运执照。这时，某特区的任总经理想用父子俩的车子开办旅游项目。父子俩在人生地不熟的特区，开着那辆老旧的汽车，上演了一幕幕既搞笑、又心酸的闹剧。。Dr. Braun is forbidden to practice medicine because he's a Jew living in Nazi occupied Czechoslovakia. He's old, seems resigned about the fate of the Jews, and even works in the Department of Confiscation of Jewish Property. One day a neighbor asks him to assist a wounded political fugitive. Dr. Braun reluctantly operates to remove the bullet, but warns that plenty of morphine ...。
