剧情描述渔民阿海被发现在一场大规模的抗争活动中自焚身亡，这场由陈县长带领的抗争迅速成为媒体焦点，阿海成为舆论英雄。自焚案的主办检查官金敏照不敢轻忽，法医周建生解剖阿海尸体后发现诸多疑点，他进一步调查发现更多疑问，于是展开调查发现惊人真相。。In his starring debut Roy gets elected to congress in order to bring water to the ranchers in his district. In Washington he learns he needs the backing of a key congressman and gets that man to go west for an inspection trip. When the Congressman is initally unimpressed, Roy gets the inspection party stranded without water to show the true conditions.。
