清朝末年的中国香港，在上、中、西环有“镇三环”之称的帮办暗中勾结西环恶霸勾心虎，西环治安一时乌烟瘴气。警官马如龙奉命接管西环后，迅速将勾心虎拘捕入狱，招来“镇三环”的怨恨。 彼时内地革命风云翻涌，革命党人来港宣传，并计划营救被捕同志。为将革命党人一网打尽，清廷派遣密使联络镇三环，马如龙结识白影红、莹莹、珊珊等革命党人后也被卷入斗争漩涡，而同时，一群四肢发达、头脑简单的海盗正在伺机向马如龙报仇。。2013年，描述没有特定管辖范围，流浪的年轻魔戒骑士・道外流牙的故事 TV系列《牙狼 ～照耀黑暗之人～》。2015年，漆黑的铠甲取回黄金的光辉，获得黄金骑士牙狼称号的道外流牙壮绝的战斗《牙狼 -GOLD STORM-翔》剧场版与TV系列一并制作。 而本作，2018年，继承黄金骑士牙狼这称号的“守护者”道外流牙的新战斗开始。制作本身早在2016年的活动「金狼感谢祭」发表，而且拍摄亦完结了。牙狼系列的原作者・雨宫庆太亲自负责监督及脚本，道外流牙亦由栗山航继续饰演。。Young people use music to express their new awareness of life and generational opposition to their parents, as well as to protest the social and political climate in East Germany.
