拥有直升机紧急救援的大学附属医院迎来了一批实习医生。他们分别是蓝泽耕作（山下智久 饰）、白石惠（新垣结衣 饰）、绯山美帆子（户田绘里香 饰）和滕川一男（浅利阳介 饰）。直升机每天平均运送7到8个急救患者，能协助医生坐上直升飞机是对其应变能力和医术的证明，大家都跃跃欲试。 四人的性格各不相同。蓝泽最有能力但过于冷静；白石理论知识很强但缺乏魄力；绯山表现欲强但易冲动；滕川则相对平庸做事马虎。最初开始的紧急救援让大家手忙脚乱，看似拉风的直升机需要与之相应的能力与魄力。在一系列救援的过程中，他们直面死亡与无奈，也鉴证奇迹，体味人情。互为竞争对手的他们，谁能最终留下来？还是携手共进？。Ploy没事抽风，叫自己男朋友Jay去追求Pinn。结果Jay还真把Pinn追到手了，Ploy自己反而成了孤家寡人。。Winner of the Sakharov Prize 2014, Doctor Mukwege is internationally known as the man who mends thousands of women who have been raped during the 20 years of conflicts in the East of the Democratic Republic of the Congo, one of the poorest countries on the planet, despite its extremely rich sub-soil.
