《极限17》系列剧展现了不同经历背景、不同性格的少男少女们在青春中遇到的各种各样的困难与挫折，他们在寻找自我的过程中有过迷茫也有退缩，有勇敢也有骄傲，最终，他们都凭借自己的毅力与智慧，冲破困境，实现了自我成长。包裹着运动外衣，探讨青少年在成长路上万万千千的敏感情绪。 排球篇《极限17 扣杀》着眼于“青少年如何看待失败”，在讲述关于排球的热血青春的同时，也多角度呈现了“自我与集体”“自我与友情”的关系，引人深思。 滑板篇《极限17 滑魂》聚焦于“青少年该如何突破心理困境”，主角杨步凡在接触到滑板之后，内心豁然开朗，面对矛盾密布的生活，他不断与家人、老师、朋友、自己和解，不停地跌倒又不停地站起来，一步步走出困境。 羽毛球篇《极限17 羽你同行》提出了“青少年在成长过程中如何面对爱的缺失”的问题，哥哥平安和弟弟子豪一同为梦想拼搏奋斗的同时，也面临着赛场竞争的抉择、家庭关系的处理、自我的纠错与成长。。第二季将描述该剧的核心主题：为什么古人当初要发射命运号？为什么命运号沿着既定的路线前进？这个路线是怎么确定的？根据剧组的描述，其实命运号有特定的目的地，命运号的任务「非常重要」，远比「将船上的人送回家」重要。不过，完成这项「新任务」的条件之一，就是将船上的人「顺道」送回家。。Bandits led by Matt the Mute enter a bar and kill multiple people. Randy Bowers comes to town and is framed by Matt the Mute, who is working with the sheriff, who doesn't know that Matt is really a criminal. Matt the Mute writes out everything he wants to say. Randy escapes with the help of Sally Rogers, the niece of the dead owner of the bar. Bowers runs from the sheriff, and ends up in the cave in which the bandits have their hideout. They kidnap Sally, who escapes with the help of Bowers. Matt the Mute is killed when he enters the bar, which is filled with explosives, and the niece marries Randy.。
