本片根据水运宪同名中篇小说改编。 省电业局副局长傅连山毛遂自荐和总工程师梁友汉到班子很乱的佳津地区电业局进行管理体制改革，得到了戴冰、郭小成等知识分子和干部的支持，但却遭到佳津地委书记郭成、佳津电业局副局长大王等人的反对。傅连山遭到挫折，被排挤出电业局。郭成又强令超负荷输电，造成严重事故。改革虽然失败了，但历史是要前进的。。When human tornado and food critic Liv is diagnosed with ‘catastrophic health’ – trapping her in Australia and jeopardising her dream job in New York – she throws herself body-first into a radical wellness journey, hell-bent on getting well to return home.。
