As relevant now as it was then.。青青（伍宇娟 饰）和兰兰（李靖 饰）是一对姐妹，父母早逝的两人过着相依为命的生活，感情十分要好。雨夜中，尚且还是中学生的兰兰惨遭暴徒强暴，得知此消息的青青满腔怒火，发誓要找出罪魁祸首，为妹妹报仇。警探老赵（王宁生 饰）十分同情两姐妹的遭遇，他决定尽自己所能，将暴徒捉拿归案。 一番细致的调查之后，孙大成（常戎 饰）和孙大生（刘利年 饰）两兄弟渐渐浮出了水面，孙大成成为了案件的重要嫌疑人。得知警方动向的孙大生护弟心切，竟然决心包庇弟弟的罪行帮助其逃跑，但法网恢恢疏而不漏，孙大成最终得到了应受的惩罚，与此同时，青青亦为自己的冲动之举而付出了沉重的代价。。
