The storyline is inspired by t...。在雇员的眼中，人事部长鬼冢太郎（大杉涟 饰）是一个性格苛刻又不苟言笑的男人，对于这位铁面上司，大家的感情与其说是尊重，不如说是害怕，更有甚者利用各种各样的机会对鬼冢做着一些不上道的恶作剧，而对于这些中伤，鬼冢总是默默承受。 一次偶然中，鬼冢邂逅了一只猫咪。猫咪的憨态可掬触动了鬼冢的心房，可是想到不久前自己曾严词拒绝过女儿想要养猫的请求，他只得打消了将猫咪带回家的念头。无奈之下，鬼冢只能将猫咪养在了员工宿舍里，这一方小小天地里发生了温馨故事成为了鬼冢和猫咪之间共同保守的秘密。而鬼冢的同事和家人发现，这个曾经的“机器人”，也渐渐变得温柔起来。。
