“The Afterparty” is a murder-mystery comedy set at a high school reunion afterparty. Each of the eight episodes will feature a retelling of the same night told through a different character’s perspective, each with its own unique visual format and film genre to match the teller’s personality.。两位主角是在NDSS游戏《荣幸星萌钻头》中初登场的原创角色宫河日向和宫河日影两姐妹，她们也曾在《荣幸星》的TV动画中登场。宫河日向是一个粉发眼镜娘，靠在同人店打工赚生活费，爱好大批购置漫画以及同人志，因此生活过得很艰苦。年纪较小的是宫河日影，发色是水蓝色，发型很有个性，因为姐姐日向大批购置宅物的关系生活过得艰苦，所以不太爱好御宅族，与姐姐过着打算着如何才干省钱的生活。。
