改編自喜国雅彦的同名漫畫。 以黃色NETA爲主要内容的搞笑動畫，每話由不同主題的3個左右的獨立短片組成。共兩季，均於1999年在TBS電視臺播放。第一季播放於動畫欄目《ワンダフル》。 動畫中也包含喜国雅彦的另一作品《傷だらけの天使たち》的NETA。。The original story about a man who lost his son, became Santa to many, reunites with his love, and brings hope to all. Distraught over losing his son, he finds closure and discovers a new purpose when he takes on the role of Santa Claus.。
