This short journey through Rishikesh, Bikaner and Gangtok with the ups and downs, the missed trains and taxi rides, the heartbreak and the mending of old friendships, the quarrels and self-discovery, sweeps Jaya and Yogi away, and indeed us...。应雄（江宇顺饰）是一个标准的宅男，每天都宅在家里过着无所事事的生活，最大的兴趣爱好就是看网络直播。虽然应雄的脑子里有很多宏大的理想以及对于英雄叙事的崇拜，但这一切都仅限于在他脑内发生，绝对不会有丝毫蔓延到现实世界之中。 一场意外中，应雄遭遇了血光之灾，却在阴差阳错之间和他心仪已久的女主播米米交换了身体。一方面，应雄必须尽快适应米米的主播身份，另一方面，他还得学会如何在不暴露真实身份的情况下，同米米的租客娜娜，好友王子和肥牛相处。随着时间的推移，应雄渐渐发现，自己和米米身体交换这件事情并非巧合。。
