本作剧场版于2018年10月27日在日本上映。本作为光之美少女系列的15周年纪念电影，作中《光之美少女》（初代）及其之后直到《KiraKira☆光之美少女 A La Mode》的历代成员的成员将会与拥抱！光之美少女的成员共同演出，就某种形式而言也算是“ALL Stars!”系列的再复活。。In the near future, a towering alien "spike" materializes in Earth's atmosphere, wreaking havoc. Years later, it's still around.
