３年ぶりに病院から戻った高梨光雄は、弟・裕太の家を訪れる。 再会を喜ぶ姪の知恵、その妹でダウン症の一希に迎えられ束の間の幸せを味わう光雄。 その夜、知恵にせがまれた光雄は被災地で見たひまわりについて語る。 知恵はその美しい景色を思い浮かべながら、太陽に向かって咲くひまわりと、時折ふと空を見ている愛しい一希の姿とを重ね会わせるのだった。 明くる日、知恵は光雄と遊園地に行きたい嘆願する。裕太と妻・葉子はそれを快く受け入れ、娘たちを光雄に預けるが・・・幸福な時間も束の間、遊園地で突然の不幸が訪れる。。After years on the run, the mystery man known as "Trick" is back, but not on his own terms. Trick finds himself trapped in a cage with four other hostages - all of them paralyzed from the neck down. When Trick realizes that one of the other hostages is an old foe, Detective Epperson, the two begin working together to uncover the connection between them and their captor - a mask...。
