《天赐的声音 第5季》邀请陈楚生、吉克隽逸、罗大佑、王赫野、汪苏泷、徐佳莹、薛凯琪、杨坤、姚晓棠、杨宗纬、张碧晨、周柏豪、张信哲等专业音乐人，由乐坛元老带领中生代和新生代音乐人以“合作改编＋合作演唱”的方式切磋技艺，演绎经典歌曲，打磨年度“天赐金曲”。1934年旧历除夕，建筑工人王正庭因为老板扣发工钱，家里穷得没有米下锅。王妻拿了家里仅有的几件破衣服去典当行典押，典当行嫌衣裳破旧，不同意典当。他们刚刚生下一对一男一女的双胞胎，也因为没有奶水喂养，饿得哇哇直哭，一家人陷入饥寒交迫的困境。。In 2010, a South Korean baby named Sarang died of malnutrition.
