A young, adventurous mouse and the cat she adopted, help, unbeknownst to them, old Jason and his Argonauts in their quest to save the city.。阿四的婚姻没有名份，她在乡间结识中医师家明，两情相悦，随他来港，但家明早有妻女，廿五年来与大婆阿香共处一室，阿四每天拼命工作赚钱只为实现丈夫家明开中药店。而独生女爱莲，嫁予富商志超，表面生活风光，然而志超也另有家室，与爱莲并非合法夫妇。阿四不禁为她担心，可是反遭爱莲警告不能告知家明和阿香。后家明得知迁怒阿四，换来与阿香回乡，留下阿四独自神伤……。
