This short journey through Rishikesh, Bikaner and Gangtok with the ups and downs, the missed trains and taxi rides, the heartbreak and the mending of old friendships, the quarrels and self-discovery, sweeps Jaya and Yogi away, and indeed us...。根据真实故事改编。讲述的是被遗弃在精神病院的老头马丁与自己的孙女安娜为了阻止一家制药公司为了谋取暴利非法进行各种药物测试，并且解救深受其害的安娜的父亲免于痛苦，他们必须振作起来为自己的生存与邪恶利益抗争到底。就在完成自己的外公最后一个心愿之时，安娜的父亲找到了他们。安娜为了避免自己的外公落入坏人之手，在忍痛杀掉自己的外公之后，纵身跳进了海里......。
