一个雨夜，顾恒意外发现门口的地上有一幅怪异的画像和求救信号，以及延伸至屋内地下室的水脚印，而这让他踏入了噩梦的开始，原本顾恒有着幸福的三口之家，为了拯救身患绝症的大女儿顾妍，在妻子强烈的要求下，用试管婴儿生下了小女儿顾希，乖巧懂事的小女儿却注定是大女儿的牺牲品，在顾妍病情不断恶化的边缘，顾恒亲手将药递给了小女儿，一系列灵异惊悚事件就此开始……当水落石出后，真相与幻象纠缠，一切如梦幻泡影。残酷的现实和甜美的幻象，在心碎的顾恒面前，究竟哪个更可贵？。“From Far Away” is a documentary dealing with a journey through Turkey.
