A town is being terrorized by a masked killer who is murdering women. A young woman is attacked by the killer but escapes. She believes the killer to be either the town's policeman or the manager of the local theater, and she devises a plan to find out which is the actual killer.。讲述因经营股票发达的王德福，突遭股市大跌拖累，全部财产化为乌有，由富翁变成赤贫，幻想日后将受人歧视，便失去了生存的乐趣，决心自杀，尝试各种方法了决生命，结果只造成连串乌龙笑话而无法致死。大难不死必有“艳福”。。
