In a small South Indian town, a seemingly routine minor case explodes into a twisted crime thriller that rips apart its social fabric.。Nathan is about to get married, but not before his buddies Z-Bog, Eli, Ash, and Johnny throw him a wild bachelor party bash in Las Vegas. 5位朋友开车前往拉斯维加斯参加单身派对。。两名黑警作恶的时候，击伤了过路群众Taylor。黑警开枪的时候用的是警用配枪，弹头还留在Taylor体内。Taylor被送入创伤中心救治后，两名黑警慌了起来，想取回弹头，消除罪证。于是黑警们利用警察身份做掩护，在创伤中心里寻找Taylor。Taylor自然不会坐以待毙，在创伤中心里，竭力和黑警们周旋，寻找机会反抗自救……。
